Return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be in their original, unopened condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Include your order number with the return
• Contact us before returning to receive a return authorization

What Can Be Returned

✓ Accessories in original packaging
✓ Singles in their original condition (if received damaged)

Non-Returnable Items

Items that cannot be returned

✗ Singles that have been opened or handled (unless defective)

Refund Process

How and when you'll receive your refund

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
